Wednesday – Morning spin class 1 hr, afternoon swim 4×250 medium pace (30mins).

Thursday – Jog/Walk on treadmill 1hr, afternoon swim, 1000 meters easy pace (30mins).

Friday – Morning spin class 1 hr, afternoon swim 1250 meters easy pace.
