After another week of nine work outs and still getting up for this morning’s workout, I feel like I’ve hit my stride. Several years ago I was working out most every morning and after stopping that routine I didn’t know if I would ever be able to get back on track. Afternoon swim – 1050 meter swim, 7 laps high intensity, 7 laps using mostly arms, 7 lapops of 25 meters fast then 25 meters slow.
