Well due to the surgery my July wasn’t as strong as I had hoped but I did the best I could do. I’m planning on going to the gym in the morning to get August going again. My weight on my home scale is 305 and creeping and I think that might top at 310 with getting back to normal and actually eating again. Regardless at 305 I’ve lost 20lbs this month with at least 8 of that coming before surgery. 10lbs a month is my minimum goal. Listed below are my training logs from my watch. In addition to the workouts listed below I also swam 8 times, 30 minutes each time.
