2nd week in the books!

Another great week!  Pretty much the same as last week workout wise. Diet stayed solid. I’m realy focusing on the diet during the week backing off just a bit on the weekend.

The workouts are:

3 spin classes of 60 minutes each

2 times walking on the treadmill with incline, 60 minutes each.

4 swim workouts of 30 minutes each.

The best news is I feel like I’m back on track with waking up early at 4:30am to go to the gym.
